Viviana Addo was born in Cologne, Germany, raised in Cali, Colombia, and is currently based in New York City.
The former properties and finance executive has a decade of practical, world-reaching assets and investment experience to complement her scholarship on the international real estate front.
She knows the world from a global perspective and it, in turn, knows her. Before her graduate degree, Addo led a team at the firm Cushman and Wakefield where she managed the New York Presyterian Hospital’s real estate and asset portfolio. Reporting and reviewing processes for the asset services team’s senior associates and upper management were her chief duties. Similar employment in Chicago and various Latin American property and development agencies has shaped Mrs. Addo’s peripatetic worldview.
